Scopes
Scopes let you specify the level of access that an access token requests.
User Scopes
Section titled “User Scopes”The following scopes can be requested by standard OAuth applications or user-created Personal Access Tokens (PAT):

The token scope is reserved for Personal Access Tokens with ACCESS credentials and grants access-token management. OAuth applications cannot request this scope.
